Cookie policy
Last updated: 23 October 2026
This page tells you what this website stores in your browser, what for, and how you can change your decision at any time. BEPART-INNOVA, S.L. (trading name: BePart Innova, tax ID B72780893) is responsible for this website and for the measurement tool described here; its full details are in the Legal notice.
You can change your choice or withdraw your permission whenever you want, also with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page.
What are cookies?
A cookie is a file that is downloaded onto your computer when you access certain web pages. Cookies allow a website, among other things, to store and retrieve information about the browsing habits of a user or their device and, depending on the information they contain and the way the device is used, they can be used to recognize the user.
The local storage and the tab storage of the browser serve a similar purpose and are subject to the same information and consent rules. In this policy we say “cookies” for all of it and we tell you in each case where it is kept.
What this website uses
- Technical cookies, which do not need your permission: remembering the decision you make in the cookie notice. It is kept for up to one year in your browser’s local storage and in a cookie of the bepart-innova.com domain, both named
bp_consent_v1, so that it also applies on the BePart Innova corporate website (see “One decision for the BePart Innova websites”). - Analytics cookies, only with your permission: website usage measurement and, if you also allow it, the recording of the visit. It is BePart Innova’s own tool.
- Third-party content, only if you load it: a Google Maps map next to the contact form (see below).
This website does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies, nor Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics service, nor social media or advertising pixels.
Website usage measurement (our own tool)
With your consent, this website measures how it is used so that we can improve it. It is BePart Innova’s own tool: we do not use Google Analytics or other third-party analytics services, and the data is sent to a BePart Innova server (medicion.bepartweb.com) and is not shared with anyone. The tool is not downloaded or run until you allow it: “Accept”, or tick “Website usage measurement” under “Choose” in the cookie notice (of this website or of the BePart Innova corporate website). It is also never loaded in the area of the video analytics management tool (/en/video-analytics).
What is recorded: for each page you visit, its path and its title (without anything after “?” or “#”) and how long you stay on it; how far you scroll; how you move the cursor (or your finger, on a touch screen); which elements of the page you click and at which point (with a short text of the element in which numbers and email addresses are hidden); which parts of the page stay in view; how you interact with forms: which fields you touch, how long it takes, how many times you edit them, which browser validation error appears, which length range what you type falls into (empty, up to 5, up to 20 or more than 20 characters) and, for checkboxes, radio buttons and drop-down lists, only whether they are ticked or chosen, never the content; how the videos on the page play (start, pause and how far they get); whether you copy, cut, paste or select text; which other websites you go to from a link, which downloads you make and whether you click an email or phone link (without noting the address or the number); which website you come from (and, if your browser provides it, which page of it) and, if the address of the first page of your visit includes them, the campaign parameters and the ad click identifier; the search words in the address of the page (for example, after “?q=”); your approximate country (and, when available, your approximate region and city); the type of device, browser and system; the language; the time zone; the screen size; whether the browser is automated; whether your visit meets a goal of the website (for example, clicking a link to contact us or staying for more than two minutes), together with the channel you came from; how fast the pages load; and the technical errors that occur (with their message and the place in the code where they happen) and the website’s own requests to its server that fail (method, address without parameters and response code). All of this is stored together with a random identifier of your browser and another of your visit (stored transformed with an irreversible code), with the origin of your first visit, to recognize returning visitors, and, when you accept, with your decision (the version of the notice, the purposes accepted and the date the tool last checked it). If you get in touch with us, we may link the data of your browser (usage measurement and, if you allowed it, the recording of your visit) to your request.
Frustration signals: the tool also records the signs that something does not work or is hard to follow: clicking several times in a row on the same spot, clicking without the page responding, clicking and a technical error occurring right afterwards, scrolling up and down repeatedly or going back a few seconds after reaching another page. For each signal, depending on the case, its type, how many times it happens or how long it lasts, a technical reason code and the page element or point where it happens are recorded.
What is not recorded: your name, your email address, your phone number or the content of anything you type into a form (except the search words in the address of the page). Your full IP address is not stored in the database or in any log of our measurement server: it is used at the moment the visit is received to discard internal traffic and to curb abuse (for the latter it stays in the server’s memory until the server restarts; for IPv6, only the beginning), and our network provider (Cloudflare) works out your approximate country (and, when it can, your region and city) from it; in the tool’s technical log it is kept only truncated (for IPv4, without the last number; for IPv6, only the beginning is kept) and is deleted after 7 days at most.
If your browser sends the “Global Privacy Control” or “Do Not Track” signal, the tool measures nothing, even if you have accepted.
Recording of the visit
If you also allow the recording of the visit (by ticking “Recording of the visit” under “Choose”, or with “Accept”), a replay of the visit is stored with the cursor movements, scrolling, clicks or taps, the text you select and the window size, and the content of the page as it was displayed (its text and structure; neither videos nor content embedded from other sites are recorded). Not every visit is recorded, only a share of them. Text fields in forms (name, email, phone, message, passwords and drop-down lists) always appear hidden and nothing you type into them is recorded; only whether a checkbox or a radio button is selected can be seen. The recording carries neither your name nor your email; if you get in touch with us, we may link your visit to your request. This purpose needs the previous one: without usage measurement there is no recording.
What it keeps in your browser and for how long
To recognize that several page views belong to the same visit (and, when it returns, to the same browser), and not to count them as different people, the tool stores some technical keys in your browser’s storage (not in cookies). They only exist if you have allowed usage measurement.
In local storage, until you withdraw your permission or delete the site’s data in your browser, or until your choice expires (after one year):
bp_v2: a random browser identifier and the date it was created; it lets the server recognize returning visitors, and the server associates the origin of their first visit with that identifier.bp_s: the visit in progress (renewed after 30 minutes without activity or after 24 hours).bp_q: the sending queue, with the data that has not been sent yet; it is emptied as it is sent.bp_int: a BePart Innova internal-traffic flag; only the team’s own browsers carry it.
In the tab’s storage, which disappears when it is closed:
bp_p: the pages viewed recently.bp_r: the recording in progress.bp_f: the last submitted form, without its content.
All of them are deleted as soon as you withdraw your consent on this website and, if you withdraw it on the BePart Innova corporate website or your decision expires, the next time you open this website or come back to it; when you withdraw it a last notice, with no browsing data, is sent to the server to record the withdrawal.
How long the data is kept
Usage data is kept for 395 days at most from when it is collected, with three exceptions: the exact point of each click (including that of repeated or unanswered clicks), cursor movement and detailed scrolling are kept for 180 days; recordings of the visit, for 90 days; and the random identifier of a browser, the origin of its first visit and its consent decision, for 395 days at most after its last visit. The rest of what is recorded about clicks and scrolling (which external link, download or button with its own identifier is used, how many clicks are made on each page and how far down the page you get) and the frustration signals follow the general period of 395 days. An automatic process deletes whatever exceeds those periods every night, so a piece of data can remain for up to one day longer. After those periods the data is deleted; with no time limit, only aggregate figures (counts per day and, among other criteria, per page, country, channel, device, browser or type of action, including search words) and records of conversions (with the date and time, the website, the goal, the page, the channel you came from with its source, medium and campaign, the country, the device type, the value and whether it happened on the first visit of that browser) are kept, without any identifier of your browser or of your visit. The server’s backups may keep, for an additional period, data that has already been deleted. If you want the data linked to your browser to be deleted, you can ask us by writing to info@bepart-innova.com or through the Contact form of this website. If you withdraw your consent, measurement stops and the keys in your browser are deleted, but what has already been collected is kept for these periods unless you ask for it to be erased (to locate it, copy the identifier from the bp_v2 key first).
One decision for the BePart Innova websites
Your decision on usage measurement and recording of the visit applies to this website (truesight-edge-product.bepart-innova.com) and to the BePart Innova corporate website (www.bepart-innova.com). If you have already answered on the corporate website, you are not asked again here. If you had not answered there yet and decide here first, the corporate website will still ask you, because it also asks for your answer on advertising measurement, which this website does not ask about. If you change your mind or withdraw your permission on either of the two, the change reaches the other the next time you open it or come back to it. Only decisions made since 23 October 2026, the date both websites started sharing them, are shared: earlier ones do not apply on the other website and you will be asked once there.
Your browser’s local storage is specific to each web address, so, besides being kept there, the decision is kept in a BePart Innova technical cookie: name bp_consent_v1, domain bepart-innova.com, lasting up to one year. It contains only your decision on each purpose (allowed or not) and the exact date and time you made it; it carries no name, no email address and no identifier assigned to you. It is needed to respect your choice, so it does not need your permission. As it is a cookie of the bepart-innova.com domain, your browser includes it in requests to any address of that domain, including other BePart Innova websites that do not use it. It is created when you make the decision and created again, from the decision kept in local storage, if the browser has lost it; so, to be asked again, delete both the cookie and the data of both websites from your browser options. Some browsers (for example, Safari) limit the lifetime of cookies created by a web page to a few days; if that is your case, or if your browser blocks cookies, the decision does not reach the other website and you will be asked again there.
The corporate website also asks you about OpenAI advertising measurement (ads in ChatGPT), which this website does not use. Your answer travels in the same cookie, but this website neither uses nor changes it: rejecting or withdrawing your permission here does not withdraw it; to do that, do it on the corporate website. The one-year period counts from the last decision you make on either of the two websites.
Changing or withdrawing your permission
Your choice on each of these purposes is stored in your browser’s local storage and in the technical cookie described above (bp_consent_v1 in both cases) and you will be asked again after one year. You can change it or withdraw your consent at any time with the button below or with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page, and the change also applies on the BePart Innova corporate website (except advertising measurement, which can only be changed there). Withdrawing it is as easy as giving it: the measurement stops and the keys above are deleted.
Third-party content and links
This website uses third-party services to display embedded content. When it loads, those services may set their own cookies or receive technical data from your browser, such as your IP address, which they process under their own privacy policies.
Specifically, this website includes a Google Maps map next to the contact form on the home page. The map is not loaded until you press “Load map”, after reading the notice shown next to the button: until then no connection with Google is made and the location is shown as text, with an “Open in Google Maps” link that opens in a new tab. If you load it, your browser connects to Google, which receives at least your IP address and the origin of the page (not the full address of the page you are visiting) and may store or read cookies and identifiers on your device. That choice is not stored: the map is requested again on every visit, and it is not loaded if you do not ask for it.
The cookies or identifiers that Google may store when you load the map are not managed by this website: if you accept them and later wish to delete them, you can do so from your browser options (below) or from the controls that Google offers in its privacy policy.
The link to the LinkedIn company page in the footer takes you to a third-party site, which applies its own privacy and cookie policies and is not controlled by BePart Innova. The link to the BePart Innova corporate website (www.bepart-innova.com) takes you to another site, with its own cookie notice, which shares with this website the decision on usage measurement and recording (see “One decision for the BePart Innova websites”).
Disabling cookies in your browser
You can allow, block or delete the cookies installed on your device by configuring the options of the browser installed on your computer. Below you can access the settings of the most common web browsers to accept, install or disable cookies:

If you block or delete this site’s storage
You can delete and block everything this site keeps in your browser. The website will keep working as usual, but we will not be able to remember your choice: you will be asked again on every visit and, while we cannot store it, nothing is measured.
To find out how we process the rest of your personal data, see the Privacy policy and the Legal notice.
If you have any questions about our cookie policy, you can contact us through the Contact form of this website.
